All services are delivered based on project specifications agreed upon between the client and eTranslators.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotations are provided based on the scope, language pair, formatting complexity, urgency, technicality, and delivery requirements of the project.
Prices may vary depending on:
- Word count
- Audio/video duration
- Technical complexity
- Formatting requirements
- Certification/notarization requirements
- Turnaround time
Any additional work requested after project confirmation may result in additional charges.

Quotes remain valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments

Full or partial upfront payment may be required before project commencement.
Payments are accepted through approved payment methods displayed on our website or agreed privately.
Large projects may be divided into milestones.
Final files may be withheld until payment is completed.

Failure to complete payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

5. Delivery and Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith based on project requirements.
Delivery timelines may change due to:

Urgent or expedited projects may incur additional fees.

eTranslators is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete source files
Ensure they have legal rights to submit the content
Clearly communicate project instructions
Review delivered files promptly
Notify us of any issues within the revision period

The client is solely responsible for verifying names, dates, figures, addresses, legal references, and technical data before official use.

7. Revisions

We offer reasonable revisions for translation or linguistic errors reported within 7 days of delivery.
Revisions do not include:
- Newly added content
- Changed instructions
- Rewriting beyond the original scope
- Subjective stylistic preferences not originally requested

Revision requests must be submitted clearly and in writing.

8. Certified and Legal Translations

Certified translations are provided according to our internal certification standards or applicable local requirements.
Acceptance of certified translations depends on the receiving institution, authority, embassy, court, or government office.
We do not guarantee acceptance by every institution worldwide.

Clients should verify local requirements before ordering certified translations.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and handle all files securely.

Client files and information are treated as confidential.
We do not sell or intentionally disclose client information to third parties except where required by law or necessary for project completion.
Our translators and collaborators are expected to maintain confidentiality obligations.

However, electronic communication and internet transmission cannot be guaranteed as completely secure.

10. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their source materials.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.
eTranslators retains the right to refuse projects involving illegal, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or prohibited content.

Unless otherwise agreed, we may use non-confidential project samples for portfolio or quality demonstration purposes.

11. AI-Assisted Workflows

eTranslators may use AI-assisted productivity tools, OCR systems, CAT tools, terminology databases, and machine translation technologies as part of internal workflows where appropriate.

All deliverables intended as professional human-quality work are subject to human review, editing, proofreading, or quality assurance processes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

12. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may not be granted when:

Work has already been substantially completed
The client changes project requirements after work begins
Delays are caused by the client
The client refuses reasonable revision opportunities

If a project cannot be completed due to our internal limitations, a partial or full refund may be considered.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

eTranslators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Clients are responsible for final verification before publishing, legal filing, printing, broadcasting, or official submission.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may also be offered through third-party marketplaces and freelance platforms.

Transactions conducted through such platforms may additionally be subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.

15. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Upload malicious software or harmful materials
Copy or reproduce website content without permission
Misrepresent identity or project ownership
